Around the Garden – Project Garden Update May 2018

DSC02453.jpg

May in Dubai is a beginning of Summer. It is hard to call it spring when the temperature rises up to 38 degrees Celsius with 11 hours of constant sunshine. The precipitation during this time of the year is very rear. However,  this year sudden rain surprised us one day. This hot and humid weather makes big changes in our garden. Everything is growing and pulsating energy.

We are enjoying our own tomatoes every day.

Dates become bigger every day and become more and more attractive to all sorts of “thieves” – birds.

At this time of the year, the most pleasant and enjoyable time outside is starting from 4Pm in the afternoon. That is the most beautiful time as well, as all the birds are gathering around our lake at that time, so it is nice to watch wild nature. It is a pity you can not come close to them to make some good photos, as they fly away the moment they hear your steps meters away. Yesterday my photo hunting of birds ended up only with this 🙂
